I just bought a box of crackerjack at the ball game. I ended up leaving the game in the second inning because the crackerjack had broken/cracked my tooth.

I ended up breaking my tooth on a piece of popcorn which hadn't popped. My tooth was fractured and I had to have emergency work done at the hospital by an periodontist who was called in to fix my tooth. The bad part was the immense pain that resulted from this unfortunate mishap. All said and done, the bill which my insurance didn't cover ended up coming to $2300.00 dollars.

Wow! I won't be buying anymore crackerjack in the future. I'm presently in litigation thanks to my brother who happens to be an attorney.

CrackerJack denies any liability claiming that you eat it at your own risk. All I can say is if you eat crackerjack, then you should inspect the contents before blindly putting them in your mouth.

Product or Service Mentioned: Cracker Jack Popcorn.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $2300.

I broke my tooth also on crackerjack years ago. I quit eating it after that.

I wish I had sued the company. Chris Anderson, Huntington, WV
